Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Falcon 360 ("Falcon", "we") for using falcon360.in, the Falcon apps and the online stores we host. By creating an account or using Falcon, you agree to them.
1. The service
Falcon is a cloud system for shops: POS billing, GST invoices, stock, udhar (khata), suppliers, reports, backups and an online store. Features can change as we improve the product.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older and give correct details when you sign up.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account and staff accounts.
- Tell us at once if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
3. Free trial
New shops get a 14-day free trial with full access. No card is needed. When the trial ends, billing is locked until you choose a paid plan. Your data stays saved.
4. Plans and payment
- Plans and prices are shown on our pricing section and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Plans are prepaid for the period you choose (for example 1, 3, 6 or 12 months).
- Payments are processed by Razorpay.
- When a plan ends, billing is locked until you renew. Your data is kept as described in our Privacy Policy.
- We may change prices for future periods. We will tell you before a change affects you.
5. Refunds
Because you can try everything free for 14 days first, payments for a plan are generally not refundable. If you were charged by mistake or charged twice, email support@falcon360.in within 7 days and we will fix it.
6. Your data
- The data you enter, including your products, bills and customer records, belongs to you.
- You can export your data at any time from the app.
- You are responsible for your bills, GST filings and the accuracy of what you enter. Falcon is a tool to help you, not tax or legal advice.
- How we handle data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
7. Fair use
You agree not to:
- Use Falcon for anything illegal, or to sell banned or illegal goods on your online store
- Send spam or messages to customers who have not agreed to hear from you
- Try to break into, overload, copy or resell the service
- Upload content that you do not have the right to use
We may suspend accounts that break these rules. Where possible we will warn you first.
8. Online stores
Each online store on falcon360.in is run by its shop. The shop is the seller and is responsible for its products, prices, delivery, returns and customer service. Falcon provides the technology only.
9. Availability
We work to keep Falcon running at all times, and billing keeps working offline if the internet drops. Still, there may be short breaks for maintenance or problems outside our control. We cannot promise the service will never be interrupted.
10. Limitation of liability
Falcon is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost sales. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
11. Closing your account
You can stop using Falcon at any time. Export your data first, then email us to close your account. We may close accounts that break these terms or stay unpaid and inactive for a long time, after notice.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and tell you about important changes. Using Falcon after a change means you accept the new terms.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh. Please contact us first so we can try to solve it together.
