Built in a real shop, for real shops
Falcon 360 is a billing and shop-management app for small Indian retailers: kirana, cosmetics and general stores. It is made in Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh by Vimlesh Lakhere.
Why Falcon exists
Falcon started as the billing system for our own shop, Aarti General Store. We needed fast billing during festival rush, a clean udhar (khata) record, stock that stays correct, and a simple way for customers to order online. The tools we tried were either too complicated or not made for how Indian shops really work, so we built our own.
Today the same system runs our shop's online store at ags.falcon360.in, and we have opened it to other shops.

- Stock, supplier and purchase tracking with low-stock alerts
- A ready online store for every shop, on its own falcon360.in address
- Billing that keeps working offline and syncs when the internet comes back
Who is behind it
Falcon 360 is run by its founder, Vimlesh Lakhere, a shopkeeper who builds the software he uses every day. Every feature is tested in a working shop before it reaches yours.
