Privacy Policy

• Shop owners and staff who sign up for Falcon to run their shop ("you").
• Shoppers who buy from a shop's online store on falcon360.in.
• Visitors to our website and people who send us an enquiry.

• Account details: name, phone number, email, password (stored only as a secure hash) and your shop's name, address and GSTIN if you add it.
• Shop data you enter: products, prices, stock, bills, purchases, suppliers, and your customers' names, phone numbers and udhar balances.
• Shopper details: name, phone number, delivery address and order history when a shopper places an order on a Falcon online store.
• Product photos you upload or take with the app.
• Enquiries: the name, business name, phone number and message you send through our contact form.
• Technical data: login cookies, device and browser type, and basic logs needed to keep the service secure and working.

We do not collect or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details.

• To run the service: billing, stock, khata, reports, backups and online stores
• To let shoppers place orders and to share those orders with the shop
• To manage your trial and subscription and process payments
• To reply to enquiries and give support, including on WhatsApp if you contact us there
• To keep accounts secure, prevent misuse and fix problems

We do not sell your data or your customers' data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Data about your customers (names, phone numbers, udhar, orders) belongs to your shop. We store and process it only on your behalf, to provide Falcon to you. You are responsible for having your customers' consent where the law requires it, for example before sending them WhatsApp reminders.

We share data with these providers only as needed to run Falcon:

• Supabase for our database, login and file storage, hosted in Mumbai, India
• Vercel to host the website and app
• Razorpay to process subscription and online-store payments
• Google Gemini and Hugging Face for AI features such as reading product photos and removing backgrounds. Only the photos and product text you choose to process are sent.
• Google Drive, only if you turn on Drive backups for your shop
• Zoho Mail for our support email

WhatsApp invoices and reminders open in your own WhatsApp app. Falcon does not read your WhatsApp messages.

Your shop data is stored in Mumbai, India. Each shop's data is kept separate from other shops, all connections use HTTPS (SSL), and access inside your shop is controlled by staff roles. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will tell you if a breach affects you, as the law requires.

We keep your shop data while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your shop data within 90 days, except where we must keep records longer by law (for example, payment and tax records). You can export your data before closing your account.

You can ask us to:

• Show you the personal data we hold about you
• Correct or update it
• Delete it, or close your account
• Withdraw consent you gave earlier

Email support@falcon360.in and we will reply within 30 days. Shoppers who want their data changed or removed can contact the shop they ordered from, or write to us.

We use cookies only to keep you logged in, remember which shop's store you are viewing, and keep your cart. We do not use advertising cookies.

Falcon is a business tool and is not meant for anyone under 18.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. For important changes, we will also tell you by email or inside the app.
